Draft reply suggestions for Google Maps reviews. Reviews Coach helps business owners and managers prepare replies to customer reviews visible in Google Maps faster. The extension works directly on supported Google Maps pages. After the user clicks the button next to a review, it reads the review text, rating, and place context, then prepares reply suggestions in several styles. The user can review them, choose one, copy it, and publish it manually. It is worth installing if you regularly reply to customer reviews and want to do it faster, more consistently, and more professionally, without switching between Google Maps and a separate AI tool. The extension does not publish replies automatically and does not take control of the user’s Google account.
