Paste, attach or screen-snip an ECG from any software and send it to a CardioBridge consultant cardiologist for a signed report. Send an ECG to a consultant cardiologist without leaving whatever software you already use. CardioBridge Connect is a Chrome side panel that sits beside your EMR, a web app, a PDF viewer or a remote-desktop session. Capture the trace by pasting it, attaching a file, dragging it in, or taking a screen-snip of just the region you select. Add the patient's details, confirm what you are sending, and it goes to a GMC-registered consultant cardiologist. The signed report comes back in the same panel. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the side panel next to whatever is showing the ECG. 2. Paste, attach, drag or screen-snip the trace. 3. Enter the patient's email plus any details you want on the report, and your own medical record number (MRN) for that patient. 4. Check the confirmation screen, then submit. 5. Track it in the Submissions tab and read the signed report in-panel when it lands. NO INTEGRATION REQUIRED The panel reads no web page and requests no permissions for any site other than CardioBridge's own API. It does not need your EMR vendor to cooperate, expose an API, or know it exists — which makes it a route in when a formal integration is not available to you. If you use Semble, our separate "Semble to CardioBridge" extension adds a one-click button inside the patient's Documents screen instead. WHAT YOU NEED A CardioBridge organisation API key, created in the CardioBridge app under Integrations then API keys. Paste it into the extension's Options once. Your organisation is billed per ECG; there is nothing else to provision. ABOUT THE SERVICE Every trace is reviewed and signed by a named consultant cardiologist on the GMC Specialist Register. Patient data is held in the UK. CardioBridge is operated by Hippocrates Digital Ltd (trading as TeqDr), registered with the ICO and the Care Quality Commission. CardioBridge Connect is a means of sending an ECG for review by a clinician. It does not itself interpret ECGs and makes no diagnostic claim.
