Touch on a property to view expanded details, location, notes, photos and property documents. Easily manage single and multi-units. Features LIST VIEW - Search and display all the properties in your PM portfolio. Sorted by recent activity. INFO - Shows the property address card, property manager (if there is an assigned one) card, property’s owner card, a tags card and others. You can message or call the property manager directly. INBOX - Activity Inbox showing all notes posted for the property, organized by date. Add notes as you need, then share them with your team members. PHOTOS - Shows all photos for the property. Add more from your camera roll or take new ones with your iPhone camera. DOCS - Property documents (photos, images, PDF's, and Office files) are organized in folders. Touch on a folder to view the documents. Properties for Apptimo is part of the PM (Property Management) services, and to use the app you need to be a registered user or sign-up for a new account to login. ----- What's new in version 1.2 BUG FIXES We' ve improved overall performance and stability. NEW FEATURES • Support for iOS 9 and iPad Pro. • Add a new property to your portfolio directly from the app (desktop PM Manager is not required). • INBOX: New Inbox view, showing all activity entered for the property. • INFO tab: set the property manager • PHOTOS tab: new gallery view, you can now set the property's cover photo. • DOCS: new document manager and viewer, add documents and photos from your camera roll, desktop, iCloud Drive, Google Drive, and Dropbox. • Apptimo: All notes and activity posted for the property will now also be shown in the new app Activity by Apptimo, therefore everybody in your workgroup can follow-up. We recommend to also install the Activity by Apptimo app for a better productivity level.
