Local, restart-safe export of visible recruiter applicant details. Kepler Hiring Exporter is a local-first Chrome extension for recruiters who need to organize applicant information already visible in their authorized hiring applicants page. The extension can capture visible candidate details, contact information, screening questions and answers, qualification explanations, profile links, visible resume links, and optional screenshots. Results are saved locally and exported as an Excel workbook with audit events and recovery checkpoints. Kepler does not collect passwords or cookies, upload applicant data, access hidden fields, bypass access controls, or modify candidate status. It does not message, shortlist, reject, move, or mark candidates as contacted. Capture pauses when login, verification, CAPTCHA, unusual-activity, or rate-limit screens are detected. Optional Chrome built-in AI notes are disabled by default and are kept separate from the deterministic captured data. Use only with an account and applicant data you are authorized to access.
