A one-job-at-a-time AI drafting assistant for resumes and cover letters. Job Application Assistant helps you prepare tailored job application materials for a specific role while keeping you in control of every action. Scan a job posting or paste a description, review the extracted details, and create tailored resume and cover letter drafts using your selected AI provider. You can edit drafts, request refinements, save jobs, track application progress, and use the browser print dialog to save documents as PDF. When you request an AI-powered feature, relevant content is sent only to the AI provider you selected. Version 4.0 strengthens AI honesty across all drafting and revision features. Draft revisions can no longer cause the AI to introduce qualifications, job titles, dates, or certifications that are not already in your profile. ATS keyword mode now has explicit guardrails: keyword alignment works from your actual experience only — the AI will rephrase and reframe what you have, but will not add skills or claims you do not possess. This update also fixes draft revision cancellation, so the stop button correctly cancels an in-progress refinement. Nothing is sent, scheduled, attached, submitted, or posted automatically.
