Cross-browser RSS reader that syncs through your browser account. No sign-in, no third-party service. StayTuned RSS Reader is a free, ad-free reader for Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Subscribe to RSS or Atom feeds, browse locally cached articles, filter by feed or read state, and star useful entries. Feed content stays in IndexedDB on each device. Settings, subscriptions, and recent read and starred state can optionally sync through your browser account; sync is off by default, and article text is never synced. If you read in more than one browser, you can choose Notion as the sync backend instead: the extension writes your feed list and your read and starred flags to two databases in a Notion workspace you own, and it can create those databases inside a page you pick. Article text is never sent to Notion, the Notion token stays in local storage on the device where you entered it, and the extension contacts api.notion.com only after you connect it. There is no project-hosted server, analytics, advertising, or tracker, and no StayTuned account or sign-in. When you add a feed, StayTuned explains and requests access only to that feed site's origin. A denied feed remains paused until you grant access. Paste the address of a site rather than a feed and the extension reads that page once, after you allow it, to find the feeds the page advertises. Every article also carries a share menu: copy the link, open an X compose window, or post the article title, link, feed name, and date to a webhook you configured, such as a Slack or Discord channel. Nothing is shared until you choose to share it. The reader and the initial onboarding pages both support English and Japanese from the same build. The interface follows your browser language, and Settings lets you choose English or Japanese directly.
