SwiftConfirm Connect turns any text on your screen into a structured load in SwiftConfirm, the rate confirmation and invoicing platform for freight brokers. Stop copying pickup, delivery, weight, pieces, dates, and equipment field by field. Highlight a load posting, a customer email, or a rate request anywhere in your browser, right-click, and choose "Send to SwiftConfirm". Our AI parser extracts and normalizes the details ("53 DV" becomes 53' Dry Van, "ATL" becomes Atlanta, GA) and opens a pre-filled New Load form for your review. You confirm every field before anything is saved - the extension never creates loads on its own. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to SwiftConfirm once in a normal browser tab - the extension picks up your session automatically. 2. Highlight load text on any website, email, or PDF. Works in web email clients including Outlook on the web and Gmail. 3. Right-click and choose "Send to SwiftConfirm". 4. Review the pre-filled load form and save. DRIVER QUOTES AT A GLANCE Send captured loads to your drivers for rate quotes, then let the extension watch for you: the toolbar badge shows how many driver responses are waiting, and a desktop notification pops when new quotes arrive so you can award the load while the driver is still available. WHAT IT NEEDS A SwiftConfirm account (swiftconfirm.net). AI parsing uses your plan's existing parse allowance.
