Tag and update your GoHighLevel contacts from the email you have open in Gmail. Magic Wanda connects your Gmail inbox to your GoHighLevel CRM. Open an email and your Magic Wanda dashboard instantly shows the sender's GoHighLevel contact — name, email, and current tags. From there, one click: • Add a tag (your three most-used tags are always one click away) • Update the contact's name or phone number • Create the contact in GoHighLevel if they're new No more copying email addresses between tabs, searching your CRM, or losing track of who's been tagged. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create your account at go.magicwanda.app and connect your GoHighLevel sub-account (a Private Integration Token you create in GHL — 2 minutes). 2. Link your Gmail address in Settings. 3. Install this extension. Open an email in Gmail, and the sender appears in your Magic Wanda dashboard, matched against your CRM. PRIVACY, IN PLAIN ENGLISH The extension reads only the sender of the email you currently have open — never your mailbox, message bodies, or attachments. That sender is sent only to your own Magic Wanda app, which talks only to your own GoHighLevel account. Nothing is sold, shared, or used for advertising.
