AI-powered Gmail & Outlook on the web — smart categorization, rules, and inbox insights by eRevolutions India. InboxPilot AI helps you triage Gmail and Outlook on the web from inside your inbox. It adds a category sidebar, labels on each message row, and optional AI classification using your own instructions and your own API key (OpenAI or Google Gemini). FEATURES 1. Categories and priorities on each list row, with a short on-row hint so you can scan faster. 2. Built-in instruction modes (professional, finance, job seeker, minimal, balanced) plus custom instructions. 3. Rules run before AI so important patterns stay predictable. 4. Unread-first: rows the mail UI shows as read are not sent to the AI. 5. Works on mail.google.com and Outlook on the web (outlook.live.com, outlook.office.com, outlook.office365.com). 6. AI stays off until you enable it, accept the privacy notice, and save a key. Only subject, sender, a short list preview, and your active instruction text are sent to your chosen provider by default—not full threads or attachments. 7. API key encrypted at rest in the browser. 8. Toolbar popup for quick toggles; full settings for model, temperature, instructions, rules, and display options. 9. Optional local activity log in settings for troubleshooting. LIMITATIONS 1. Does not move or label mail on Google or Microsoft servers; it is a visual triage aid in the browser tab. 2. Does not replace your provider spam or security. 3. AI needs your own OpenAI or Gemini account, key, and quota; large inboxes can use many API calls (one per row classified). REQUIREMENTS 1. Chrome (Manifest V3). 2. Optional: OpenAI or Google Gemini API key if you use AI. Company: eRevolutions India. Support: contact@erevolutonsindia.com
