Enhance McGill VSB with professor ratings, student reviews and custom themes for a better course selection experience McGill Better VSB enhances McGill University's Visual Schedule Builder (vsb.mcgill.ca) with features that help you make smarter course decisions. The extension is student made and not affiliated with McGill University. Professor Ratings: Professor reviews from RateMyProfessors and mcgill.courses appear right on your VSB next to every professor name. No need to open a separate tab or cycle through old threads. Detailed Reviews: Clicking the rating badges reveals a panel with the professor's full stats and a direct link to their RateMyProfessors or mcgill.courses profile. Custom Course Colours: Use the palette button on VSB to assign any colour to any course. Your choices are saved across sessions. Schedule Export: You can export your timetable as a PNG in Square (1080×1080), Phone (1080×1920), or Desktop (1920×1080) format. Perfect if you want to set your schedule as your wallpaper! No personal data is collected or transmitted. Extension stores your theme preference locally. All professor data is cached locally on your device. The extension makes no calls to RateMyProfessors at runtime. Ratings are served from a static database hosted on GitHub and refreshed every 7 days.
