Hide distracting feeds, filter recommendations, and protect your focus with optional settings locks. LockIn helps you reduce unwanted browsing and make room for focused work. Choose which feeds, recommendations, comments, and other distracting page features to hide on supported websites. Use editable keywords to keep useful video recommendations visible. Available controls vary by website, and layouts can change. Start a timed focus session to block selected platforms, including direct links and messages. Your focus timer keeps running until the session ends. Choose Normal mode for immediate settings changes, or Strict mode with a waiting timer, a 100-character typing challenge, both, or a written plan. The settings unlock timer pauses when you leave its tab. These controls add friction; they cannot prevent disabling or removing the extension. Optional adult-content controls block listed and custom domains, filter selected search keywords, and enforce SafeSearch on supported Google searches. A cooldown returns you to a clean search rather than unlocking blocked content. The starter list is not exhaustive, and broad keywords can block useful pages. Website access must be granted. Incognito protection requires enabling Allow in incognito in Chrome. Experimental AI-reviewed passes are off by default. When enabled, you can explain a specific task and discuss alternatives with an on-device assistant. Approval allows one site in the original tab for five minutes without unlocking settings. AI can make mistakes or be persuaded; it cannot verify whether a reason is true. Unsupported or failed reviews leave access blocked. Local AI features require a compatible desktop Chrome setup and may need a model download. Settings and content matching stay local. Trial sign-in contacts our authentication service, which stores a hashed Google account identifier and the original trial dates. Purchase activation verifies your code with our licensing service. We do not send browsing history or AI conversations to our server. Sign in with Google to start or restore one 14-day trial per account. Reinstalling does not reset it. No card or automatic charge. After the trial, continued access costs US$19 once for lifetime access. No subscription. Existing valid paid licenses remain active; earlier trials keep their original expiry.
