Record the steps that led to a problem, then copy them into your support request. Chronicle Step Recorder turns "it doesn't work" into a report someone can act on. Press Start, reproduce the problem, press Stop. That is the whole tool. While it records, it writes down what you clicked, what you typed and where you navigated, in plain language rather than developer jargon. It captures screenshots as you go, and quietly notes any page errors, failed requests and live connection status along the way. No developer tools, no console, no screen-sharing call. When you stop, the whole thing is text you can paste straight into a ticket or an email, or a PDF or Word file with the screenshots included.
