Blocks distracting sites and switches Spotify playlists based on your StudyLife focus session. StudyLife Focus automates your environment around one signal: whether a focus session is currently running on your self-hosted StudyLife instance (github.com/lukislp/studylife). Guard blocks distracting sites while you're in a session, so opening one takes a deliberate detour instead of one click. Choose an allowlist (block everything except what you need - recommended for deep focus) or a blocklist (only block specific sites). Add a domain once and every subdomain is covered automatically. Tune switches a Spotify playlist automatically - one for focus, one for breaks (or it just pauses) - using your own free Spotify app credentials. StudyLife never sees your Spotify token, and Spotify never sees your StudyLife data. Both features are independent and separately toggleable - use one, both, or switch either off without disconnecting it. Each connects through a passkey-backed browser consent flow, no API keys to copy and paste, and each has its own narrowly-scoped key that can only ever read whether a session is running - neither can read your notes, courses, or account settings.
