Edit, annotate, merge, split, rotate, and download PDFs locally from a standalone Chrome extension. FreePDFEditor is a privacy-first Free PDF editor that runs directly in your browser. Use it to upload a PDF, add text, signatures, comments, highlights, shapes, images, page numbers, rotate pages, delete pages, split pages, merge PDFs, and download the edited file. PDF files are processed locally in Chrome. The extension does not upload your documents to a server, does not require an account, and does not add watermarks.
