Gaia for Zendesk — AI Agent Optimizer & Customer Insights

Description

For Zendesk + Shopify merchants. Optimize your AI Agent, analyze tickets, and surface customer complaints you're missing, for free. Your Zendesk AI Agent is solving tickets but which customer complaints is it missing? Gaia is a free diagnostic tool that analyzes your Zendesk AI Agent's performance and helps you close the gaps. It reads your ticket data, surfaces the complaints your AI can't handle yet, and generates ready-to-use Instructions and Procedures — so you can improve your automation rate without guessing. What Gaia Does 1. Analyze Your AI Agent's Performance See exactly how your AI Agent is performing: automation rate, resolution quality, and where tickets are falling through the cracks. 2. Voice of Customer Insights Discover what your customers are actually saying. Gaia groups tickets into business themes with verbatim quotes — ready to share with your CEO or product team. 3. Create Evidence-Based Instructions Stop writing AI Agent Instructions from scratch. Gaia analyzes how your human agents actually respond, then generates structured Instructions based on real patterns. 4. Create Procedures with Shopify Action Templates Need your AI to cancel orders, check tracking, or process returns? Gaia provides pre-built Procedure templates with Shopify actions built in. 5. Optimize Existing Configuration Already have Instructions set up? Gaia reviews your current AI Agent configuration and suggests improvements based on what's actually happening in your tickets. How It Works 1. Install — Add the extension to Chrome. A small floating button appears on your Zendesk pages. 2. Connect — Enter your Zendesk subdomain and API credentials. Your data stays in your browser. 3. Get Insights — Click the button, ask Gaia to analyze your AI Agent, and get actionable recommendations in minutes. Privacy & Security - Your ticket data is processed ephemerally in server memory — not persisted to disk beyond security monitoring - A copy of conversation content is retained for up to 30 days in an EU-hosted platform solely for security monitoring (prompt injection, abuse detection) — not for AI training or quality improvement - PII (emails, phone numbers, credit cards) is masked before AI processing — the AI model never sees personal information - OpenAI operates under a Zero Data Retention contract — no prompts or. completions are stored or used for training - API credentials are stored locally in your browser only — never sent to our servers for storage - Gorgias acts as a data processor, not a data controller - Full privacy policy, terms of service, and DPA: https://gaia-for-zendesk.vercel.app/privacy Pricing Free, for free.
