Shows approximate commute distance on LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor job posts. Job Distance Checker helps you estimate how far a job is from you while you browse listings on LinkedIn Enter your home or office location once (or allow the browser to detect it) and the extension adds a small distance label beneath each job’s location in the search results. That way, you can quickly see which roles are within a comfortable commuting range without leaving the page. Features Enter your postcode or city manually or use your browser’s geolocation to set your starting point. Calculates an approximate straight‑line distance for every job listing on LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor and displays it inline. Distances are shown in miles with a “~” symbol to indicate the measurement is approximate. Caches your location and previous job coordinates to minimise network requests and improve performance. Respects your privacy – your location is stored only in your browser and is never sent to a server.
