Screenshots IXL math questions → Vision AI extracts math → Solver AI answers FIXED BECAUSE BASTEN DIDNT WORK ANYMORE. IXL Auto Solver helps a student answer math questions on ixl.com. When the user clicks "Solve" (or enables auto-solve), the extension reads the current IXL question — either by capturing a screenshot of the question and using a vision AI model to transcribe the math, or by extracting the question text from the page — then sends that question to an AI language model (Baseten or Hugging Face, using the user's own API key), which returns the answer. The extension types the answer into the IXL answer box and can optionally submit it. Every feature serves this single purpose: reading an IXL math question and producing and entering its answer.
