Connects your browser to Plumbary Tasks for device and tab tools. Plumbary Tasks Bridge is the official Chrome companion for Plumbary Tasks. What it does • Connects to your Plumbary workspace API (the host you configure) • Lets Tasks open a URL in a browser tab • Lets Tasks capture a page snapshot (title, URL, and a capped excerpt of visible text) • Surfaces approve-gated device/browser tools so you stay in control What it does NOT do • It does not run the AI agent in your browser — the agent loop stays on Plumbary’s servers • It does not browse the web on its own; it only acts when a Task you started requests a tool • Full local folder read/write ships with the upcoming desktop client (MV3 limits) Setup 1. Install this extension 2. Open Options → set API base (e.g. https://YOUR_TENANT.plumbary.ai/api) 3. Paste your Plumbary session token from the web app (DevTools console: localStorage.getItem("plumbary.session")) 4.
