ApexForge — Run Apex PMD analysis and Apex tests directly from Chrome with a VS Code-like UI. ApexForge is a Chrome Extension built for Salesforce developers — bringing a full Apex code editor, PMD code quality analysis, unit test runner, and Apex Advisor directly into your browser. No local IDE. No OAuth setup. Just open your Salesforce org and start coding. ──────────────────────────────────── ⚡ HOW IT WORKS ──────────────────────────────────── 1. Install ApexForge and pin it to your Chrome toolbar 2. Open any Salesforce app from the App Launcher 3. Click the ApexForge icon — it automatically detects your org 4. Browse, edit, analyse, and test your Apex — without leaving Chrome ──────────────────────────────────── 📂 APEX FILE EXPLORER ──────────────────────────────────── Browse every Apex Class and Apex Trigger in your connected org. Search and sort files instantly. Click any file to open it in the built-in code editor, or open the Salesforce record page directly in a new tab. ──────────────────────────────────── ✏️ APEX CODE EDITOR ──────────────────────────────────── A fully featured code editor inside the extension popup — write, edit, and deploy Apex code without installing anything locally. • Apex syntax highlighting — keywords, classes, methods, SOQL all colour-coded • Find (Ctrl+F) and Find & Replace (Ctrl+H) • Go to Line (Ctrl+G) — jump to any line instantly • Word Wrap toggle and Format Document • Minimap and Split View support • Download any Apex file to your local machine • Save & Deploy code directly back to your Salesforce org • Refresh from org — reload the latest version at any time ──────────────────────────────────── 🔍 APEX QUALITY CHECK (PMD ANALYSIS) ──────────────────────────────────── Built-in code quality analysis runs entirely in the browser — no JAR file, no Java runtime, no server required.
