Adds smooth cursor motion, click effects, and automatic zoom to Kırmızı screen recordings. Nothing leaves your device. Kırmızı Companion works with the Kırmızı screen recorder at kirmizi.app. A web page cannot see the mouse on surfaces it does not own — that is a deliberate browser boundary, and a good one. It also means a screen recording has no idea where you moved or what you clicked. This extension supplies exactly that, and nothing else. With it installed, Kırmızı can: • Redraw your pointer with smooth, eased motion instead of the jittery original, at a size and smoothness you control after recording. • Ripple every click, and optionally add a click sound to the exported video. • Propose zoom regions automatically from where you clicked, eased in and out and framed so every click in a burst stays in shot. They land on the timeline as ordinary regions, so you can drag, retime, or delete any of them. WHAT IT COLLECTS While a recording is running, and only then, it records pointer coordinates and click timestamps. Coordinates are converted to fractions of the screen or viewport the moment they are captured. It does not read page content. It does not read URLs. It does not read what you type. It has no storage and no network access at all. The coordinates are held in memory, handed to your own kirmizi.app tab when the recording stops, and then discarded. Kırmızı is open source, so none of the above has to be taken on trust: https://github.com/canbedir/kirmizi Everything else in Kırmızı — recording, editing, exporting — works without this extension. It only adds the cursor and auto-zoom features.
