OneCloud CTI connects your NetSapiens phone system to HubSpot so your team can call and log faster — without leaving the CRM. - Click-to-call — a call button appears next to every phone number on a HubSpot page. Click it and your desk phone rings, then dials the contact. - Inbound screen-pop — when a call comes in to your extension, the matching HubSpot contact opens automatically in a single reused tab, so you're looking at the right record before you say hello. - Simple setup — enter your extension and a connection code from your administrator once. Nothing else to configure. OneCloud CTI is a companion to the OneCloud ns-hubspot bridge and is intended for OneCloud Networks customers whose phone service runs on NetSapiens. It works on HubSpot pages in your browser and talks only to your OneCloud bridge.
