Detects AI-generated images on web pages 100% PRIVATE, ON-DEVICE DETECTION ZhengDe enables detection of AI-generated images from popular generative models directly from your browser without having to send your data to a third party. Other developers make you upload your images to their systems to do who knows what. We'll never do that. We don't want your data, we don't have backdoors, we don't install tracking software, and we will always respect your privacy. We want to enable your human agency and judgement to understand what is and isn't real on the internet. ZhengDe draws a colored border around images and labels them with a likelihood rating: - Green Border - Not AI, low likelihood of AI generation - Orange Border - Possibly AI, some signals detected - Red Border - Likely AI, strong signals of AI generation found Everything runs in browser and on your device so your browsing stays private and nothing ever leaves your system. Detection is done locally and in real time. To use the extension: 1. From this page, click "Add to Chrome" 2. Click on the puzzle piece icon to the right of your search bar 3. Pin the ZhengDe AI Image Detector to the extensions menu To scan content, click the ZhengDe logo and hit the big red button to toggle detection: - Inactive → Click to Enable — turns on scanning; images get bordered and labeled as you browse. - Active → Click to Disable — turns detection off. That's it. No sign-up, no setup, no data leaving your machine.
