Mola helps you remember to step away from your desk with movement break reminders based on estimated active computer time while Chrome is running. MAKE IT FIT YOUR DAY • Choose your reminder interval and break duration. • Start a break or snooze a reminder for five minutes. • Pause tracking for one hour and resume when you are ready. • Limit reminders to your selected workdays and working hours. • See today's estimated active time and the movement breaks you confirmed. LOCAL BY DESIGN Mola processes active, idle, and locked status on your device. Settings, timer state, and daily summaries stay in local Chrome extension storage. There is no account, analytics, external server, advertising, or browsing-history access in the extension. HOW THE TIMER WORKS Brief idle periods pause accumulation. Longer idle periods reset the work timer without counting as completed movement breaks. You confirm your own completed breaks. Mola cannot detect whether you are sitting, standing, or moving. Chrome must be running for tracking and reminders. Activity times are estimates. Reading, watching a video, sleep, and delayed browser alarms can affect accuracy. System notification settings and Focus / Do Not Disturb can prevent a notification from appearing. Default intervals are adjustable preferences, not medical advice.
