Fills InspectPoint work orders from Optic, auto-links them, and can close linked WOs when Optic marks a job Completed. Optic → InspectPoint Work Order Fill connects Optic work orders to InspectPoint so you can create an InspectPoint work order without retyping job details. What it does • From an Optic work order, open InspectPoint’s new work order form for the matching building • Auto-fills Billing Limit, Service Description, Technician Instructions, Internal Notes, Work Order Type (Quoted Service), and your default Tag • After you finish creating the work order in InspectPoint, links that InspectPoint work order back to the Optic work order so you can reopen it later Requirements • Optic account with InspectPoint push enabled for your company • InspectPoint Building ID on the Optic location • Signed in to InspectPoint in Chrome • Set your InspectPoint subdomain in the extension options Support: https://optic.build
