Tailscale Monitor – keep an eye on your network with one click Tailscale Monitor is a simple, lightweight extension that shows you all the machines in your tailnet: who is online, who is offline, and what their IP address is, directly through Tailscale’s official API. MAIN FEATURES - Live status list – all machines name, online/offline dot and Tailscale IP address in one place - One-click IP copy – no more copy-paste searching in the terminal - Toolbar badge – you can see immediately on the icon how many machines are online now - Automatic background update – checks the status every minute, and immediately when opening a popup - Connection/disconnection notification – you will receive a system notification when a machine connects or disconnects - Sound signal – optional, clearly distinguishable sound for online and offline events - Both signals can be turned on/off separately in Settings HOW IT WORKS The extension calls Tailscale’s official REST API (api.tailscale.com) with an API access token provided by you. It does not access anything else on the machine or the browser – it communicates exclusively with the Tailscale API. SETUP 1. Generate an API access token in the Tailscale admin interface (Settings → Keys) 2. Paste the access token and the name of your tailnet in the Settings page of the plugin 3. Done – the popup shows your machines immediately Recommended for anyone who manages multiple machines or servers via Tailscale and wants a quick overview without having to go to a terminal or admin console.
