Single tracks — Open a track page and see the title, artwork, artist (with a link to their profile), duration, stream format, and waveform. Download with one click from the extension popup, or use the inline download button next to Like, Repost, and Share — same flow, no popup needed. Most public tracks work without logging in And you can choose between audio formats and quality. Playlists, sets & albums — Open any sets page, preview the collection (title, artist, track count, waveform from the first track), choose how many tracks to grab or All, adapted to the list size, and download numbered files into Downloads/{Playlist Name}/. The inline button on the playlist bar starts a full background job for the whole collection. Likes — Download your own likes (/you/likes, while logged in) or any user’s public likes page, with the same folder-based bulk flow. Bulk downloads that keep going — Close the popup or switch tabs; downloads continue in a low-memory background worker (one track at a time, no giant ZIP in RAM). Pause, resume, or cancel anytime. The extension badge shows progress (e.g. 30/500), and you get a desktop notification when the job finishes. Jobs can recover if the browser restarts the background worker mid-download. Built for how SoundCloud works today — Modern AAC HLS streams, SPA navigation (no stale data when you browse), clear loading and error states, and warnings before very large downloads (200+ tracks).
