VR practice tools for UCAT GenMedDent is a companion extension for students preparing for the UCAT. On supported practice sites, it opens a side panel next to your session so you can keep familiar workflows, while nudging your preparation toward a more deliberate approach to Verbal Reasoning questions. Many students find that practice naturally drifts toward reacting to options by reading quickly, then letting the answer choices suggest what might be “close enough.” GenMedDent is built around a different philosophy; spending time making your understanding explicit first, then letting the question check what you already think. The Summarise Tool supports timed reading on the passage in front of you, with paragraph-by-paragraph focus and a moment to write a summary in your own words. You receive feedback on how well your summary reflects the passage and where you might refine your understanding. The Predict Tool supports multiple choice questions by letting you hide the answer choices while you write the answer you expect. When you are ready, you can reveal the options and compare. The goal is to encourage you to actively read by allowing you to answer independently before comparing with the options Together, these tools are designed to support a more intuitive approach to Verbal Reasoning practice; encouraging you to engage with the passage first, clarify your understanding in your own words and use questions as a way to check and refine your thinking.
