Instead of opening the Steam Store and clicking through search results one by one, just type a game's name into the side panel. It only calls Steam's public, unauthenticated search and store-data endpoints — the same data anyone can see by browsing the Steam Store. The extension cannot see your account, your existing wishlist, or your library, and it cannot add or remove anything from your wishlist on its own.
