It quietly tracks how long you've actually been active on your computer and reminds you to take short "micro-breaks" — a few seconds to reset your eyes, loosen your body, and slow your breathing — before eye strain, stiffness, and fatigue build up. It's the laptop companion to the SeeWell iOS app, and everything runs locally on your device. ━━ TWO WAYS TO BE REMINDED ━━ • My schedule — a simple fixed interval (20 minutes to 3 hours) during the active hours you choose. • Smart (automatic) — an adaptive engine that watches how long you've been continuously working and nudges you only when you actually need a break. Choose your sensitivity: Relaxed (~90 min), Balanced (~50 min), or Frequent (~25 min). ━━ GUIDED 60-SECOND BREAKS ━━ When it's time, SeeWell opens a calm, animated guide that walks you through a quick body stretch, a 20-20-20 eye break, and a short breathing cycle — with a breathing orb, posture guide, gentle chimes, and a countdown.
