Focus timer that stops mindless scrolling. Set an intention before YouTube, Instagram or X, then track your focused time. Mindlessly turns autopilot browsing into a deliberate choice. The moment you open a distraction-prone site, Mindlessly asks one question: what are you here to do? You type your intention, pick a focus timer (or skip it), and go. No guilt, no hard blocking — just a half-second pause that breaks the scroll reflex. ★ HOW IT WORKS 1. Add the sites that pull you in — YouTube, Instagram, X, Reddit, TikTok, or any domain you choose. 2. When you visit one, a clean overlay asks for your intention. 3. Set a focus timer, run an open-ended stopwatch (Pro), or continue without one. 4. When time's up, mark whether you did what you came for. That's your data. ★ WHAT YOU GET FREE • Intention prompt on up to 5 sites • Focus timers with custom durations • 7-day stats: sessions, focused time, intent-met rate • A 5-day Pro trial the moment you install ★ PRO • Track unlimited sites • Stopwatch mode for open-ended deep work • Session tags — break your time down by "work", "research", anything • Full 30-day dashboard • Cross-device sync via your Chrome profile • Tucked-overlay mode (timer lives in the toolbar icon) ★ PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your browsing stays on your device. Stats sync through your own Chrome profile, not our servers. Email is optional and used only to send a Pro code if you ever leave. Stop scrolling on autopilot. Start browsing on purpose. Whats new: Fixed a bug where pressing keys like M or Space while typing your intention on Instagram would mute the video or pause it instead of typing into the intention box. Every keystroke now stays in the input. Bonus: background videos automatically pause while you set your intention and resume when your session starts.
