AI Gmail CRM & lead tracker. Triage leads hot, warm, or cold, pipeline, follow-ups & one-click reply — inside Gmail. You're already in Gmail. Your leads should be too. Most CRMs make you leave your inbox, open another platform, copy-paste contact details manually, and painstakingly log every single interaction. SMASH lives inside your Gmail sidebar, automatically scores every conversation with AI, and ranks your pipeline on a live leaderboard, without you typing a single thing. For anyone running sales out of their inbox, the time saved compounds fast. See exactly who is ready to buy, who needs a follow-up, and who is going cold, without switching a single tab. WHAT SMASH SOLVES You're doing endless manual CRM data entry. SMASH watches your open email thread, automatically extracts the customer details, and tracks the deal. No manual typing, no copy-pasting, and no outdated fields. You don't know who to follow up with first. SMASH scores every active conversation from 0–100 using AI based on actual buying signals and intent. The hottest conversations automatically rise to the top of your leaderboard. Hot deals get buried and go cold. A visual top-3 podium puts your most urgent sales opportunities front and center. Combined with smart snooze reminders, you’ll never let a hot quote fall through the cracks. Switching tabs to update your sales pipeline is a chore. Move deals from New ➔ Quoted ➔ Follow up ➔ Won inline directly inside Gmail. Spot a hot lead? One click instantly jumps to the open thread with a compose window ready. No. SMASH Leads works as a fully standalone CRM and pipeline tracker. If you do use Smash Invoices, they share a seamless Google login and paid users get Leads Pro entirely free. How does the AI scoring work? SMASH reads the open thread in your Gmail sidebar, analyzes the context for buying signals and urgency, and scores it from 0–100. The score dynamically updates as the conversation evolves. Does it replace heavy CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce? Yes, if you want it to. SMASH is designed to be a lightweight replacement for solos, freelancers, and small business operators who hate heavy software. It can also be used as a fast, visual inbox layer alongside your existing CRM. Is my email data secure? Yes. We only read the Gmail thread you have actively open while using the side panel. Email content is processed securely by AI for real-time scoring, but the body text is never stored on our servers—only the score and basic metadata are saved. What happens when I close a deal? Mark a deal as Won to trigger a visual win celebration. Your account stats update instantly, tracking your active pipeline and conversion totals. 3.
