Connects your Genesys Cloud session to the Straticom Activity Light Helper desktop app. Straticom Activity Light Connector bridges your Genesys Cloud contact centre session to the Straticom Activity Light Helper desktop app, giving agents a real-time visual indicator of their current status via a Kuando Busylight. How it works: - Log into Genesys Cloud in Chrome as normal - The extension automatically detects your session - Your Busylight changes colour based on your status — Available, Busy, On Call, Wrap-up, Away, and more - No separate login or configuration required Features: - Zero-config: works automatically when Genesys Cloud is open - Real-time updates via Genesys Cloud Notifications API - Customisable colour mapping per status - Supports all Genesys Cloud regions Requirements: - Straticom Activity Light Helper desktop app (Windows/macOS) - Kuando Busylight (via kuandoHUB) or compatible USB status light Privacy: This extension only communicates with the locally-installed desktop app on your computer (127.0.0.1). No data is sent to any external server.
