Improve User Experience on Jira browse page, toggle right hand sidebar, maxmize the Create Issue pop-up dialog. Provide the ability to improve User Experience on Jira browse page, including toggle visibility of right hand sidebar or panel, maxmize or minmize the Create Issue pop up dialog or window. The shortcut is Alt+j(windows) or Alt+j(mac). we define "Better Jira Browse Status" as "the right hand sidebar/panel was hidden" and "the create issue pop up dialog/window maxmized", and the "not Better Jira Browse Status" as the opposite. Correspondly The icon with check mark of the extension stands for the "Better Jira Browse Status", The icon without check mark of the extension stands for the "not Better Jira Browse Status". The "better or not status" will keep until you click the extension icon to toggle it. In detail, the "better or not status" of current tab will toggle immediately when you click the extension icon, and will keep until you click to toggle it again. Further more, the status of former opend tabs will change to the newest status automatically when you switch it.
