Arakeo beside the storefront: report what breaks, and follow the ticket it becomes. Arakeo Companion turns "something is broken on this page" into a ticket your team can act on — without leaving the page it happened on. REPORTING WHAT YOU JUST SAW Click the icon on the page where the problem occurs. The extension already knows which Arakeo project you are working on — it is named, with its logo, at the top of every screen — so all you have to write is what went wrong. The address, the browser and the screen size travel with it, because they are the first three things anyone would have asked you for. Attach a picture of the tab in one click, or record it for up to sixty seconds when a still image cannot show the problem: a page that only misbehaves while you scroll, a button that does nothing. Both are optional, both are shown back to you before anything leaves your machine, and either one comes off with a checkbox. FOLLOWING IT AFTERWARDS The same popup lists the project's open tickets. Open one to read it, and move it along your team's workflow — the extension offers exactly the steps Arakeo allows at that moment, and none it would refuse. Editing a ticket stays in the Arakeo app, one click away. ACCOUNTING FOR THE WORK Start the stopwatch on the ticket you are working on. It keeps counting in the extension's badge while you work, and when you stop it, it asks the only questions worth asking: how long, on what kind of work, billable or not. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It injects nothing into the pages you visit. • It talks to one server, api.arakeo.com, and to no other. • No analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, no remotely hosted code. • Your password, your second factor and your passkey never pass through it: signing in opens Arakeo's own screen, and the extension only ever holds a restricted token — one that expires, and that you can revoke from the popup. WHAT YOU NEED An Arakeo account with access to at least one project. Arakeo is a continuous intelligence and optimisation platform for e-commerce teams; this is its companion, not a tool of its own. One thing worth knowing before you attach a screenshot: it becomes readable by everyone holding access to the project you picked — and an Arakeo project is routinely shared between two separate companies, typically an online merchant and the agency working on their store.
