Proof-of-review as a CI check. Tracks time-on-file across GitHub pull requests. Read PR shows how much of a pull request has actually been read. It adds a progress ring beside every file on GitHub's Files changed tab and counts the time each file is on screen. When a file meets its reading threshold, the ring fills and turns green. Once every file is read, Read PR flips a GitHub check from pending to passing. Built for teams who want code review to mean something in the age of AI-generated code. Reviewers are editors. Diffs are manuscripts. On a pull request page the extension reads only the PR URL, the file paths shown on the page, and how long each file is visible on screen.
