Fill forms with pre-selected data. Formfill lets you save reusable data profiles and fill any web form with one click — no more retyping the same information into test forms, demo accounts, sign-up pages, or repetitive data-entry tasks. What it does Create as many profiles as you need, each mapping form fields (by id, name, or CSS selector) to the values you want filled in. Formfill then fills the current page's matching fields instantly, whether you trigger it from the toolbar icon or a right-click menu. How to use it 1. Open the extension's options page and create a profile: give it a name, then add one field per form input you want filled (selector + value). Need variety? Separate multiple values with a splitter character and Formfill will pick one at random each time — handy for test data. 2. Choose which profile is active — either mark one manually from the profile list, or set a profile to auto-activate on specific URLs so it takes over automatically whenever you're on a matching site. 3. Fill a page any of three ways: - Click the Formfill icon in your toolbar. - Right-click anywhere on the page and pick a profile from the "Formfill: active profile" menu. - Right-click the extension icon for the same menu. 4. Switch profiles anytime, and back up or move your setup with one-click export/import of your saved profiles as a JSON file. Why use it - Save time on repetitive forms — sign-ups, checkout flows, internal tools, and QA/test forms fill in an instant. - Multiple profiles, one click — keep separate sets of data (e.g., different test accounts or personas) and switch between them instantly. - Smart activation — let specific profiles auto-fill on the sites they belong to, with a manual fallback for everything else. - Randomized test data — generate varied form submissions automatically instead of typing the same values every time. - Your data stays yours — everything is stored locally in your browser; nothing is sent to any external server. - Dark mode included for comfortable use at any hour. - Built-in tutorial so you're up and running in minutes. Whether you're testing forms all day, managing multiple accounts, or just tired of typing the same details over and over, Formfill turns it into a single click.
