Score a cold email on inbox delivery, reply rate, and CAN-SPAM compliance. No servers, no account - it runs in your browser. Cold Email Doctor scores a cold email before you send it, and tells you exactly what to fix. Paste your subject line and body. You get a score out of 100, three separate axis scores, and a ranked list of problems — worst first, each with a plain-English fix. WHY THREE SCORES A cold email can fail in three unrelated ways, and one combined number hides which one is actually broken. So they are scored separately. Deliverability — will it reach the inbox? • Spam-filter vocabulary in the subject and body • ALL-CAPS and exclamation stacking • Link count (three links is where trouble starts) • Attachments on a first email, which almost nobody opens • Whether there is enough real text to look human Response — will anyone actually reply? • Subject length, and whether it survives a phone screen • Whether the subject names anything concrete • Body length against the 50-125 word range where replies peak • Exactly one question, so there is one thing to answer • A specific closing ask, not "let me know your thoughts" • Whether the email talks about them or about you • Whether the opening would work for any recipient • Sentence length, and business-speak that signals a template Compliance — is it lawful to send? • An opt-out instruction the recipient can actually use • A physical postal address • An identifiable sender • A subject line that is not a fake "Re:" — a trick that circulates widely and is exactly the kind of misrepresentation CAN-SPAM prohibits Nothing else in this store checks the third one. PRIVACY, PLAINLY Your prospect list is your business. This extension makes no network requests at all. There is no server, no account, no sign-in, and no analytics. What you paste never leaves your computer, because there is nowhere for it to go. It asks for no access to any website. It never connects to your inbox and cannot read your webmail. The one permission it uses, storage, keeps your draft on your own machine; "Start over" clears it. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone sending outbound: founders, salespeople, agencies, recruiters. Works on a draft before you paste it into your sending tool. The compliance checks cover the mechanical requirements of the US CAN-SPAM Act. They are a drafting aid, not legal advice.
