Detects rapid tab switching and opens a short breathing reset to protect deep work. Tab Oscillating Blocker is a local-first focus-assistance Chrome extension. It detects whether a user is frequently switching tabs within a short period. When the switching behavior exceeds a local threshold, the extension opens a full-screen breathing reset page on the current tab, interrupting unconscious attention fluctuations with a short countdown and breathing guidance. All settings, ignored sites, work periods, and reset statistics are stored on the user's local machine in `chrome.storage.local`. No account is required, and no data is uploaded to a server.
