Bitrix24 Kanban Enhancer turns raw field data on your kanban cards into instant visual signals. No portal configuration, no extra modules, no code. COLOUR-CODED TAG RULES Create rules that read any field on a kanban card and display a coloured tag when the condition is met. Conditions include: equals, not equals, contains, starts with, is empty, is not empty, greater than, less than, and date proximity. The field scanner detects all visible fields automatically so you can build rules in seconds. CARD BACKGROUND TINTING When a rule matches, the entire card can be tinted to make priority items stand out at a glance. By default the tint uses the same colour as the tag. Enable "Use a different colour for card background" to pick a separate shade. DATE PROXIMITY ALERTS Configure multi-tier colour bands for deadline fields: overdue, due soon, upcoming, on track. Each tier has its own label, tag colour, and optional card tint. The extension detects date fields automatically. Supports DD/MM/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY formats. KANBAN SCROLLBAR Replace the default thin browser scrollbar with a wider, colour-customisable one. Adjust size and thumb colour to match your team's preferences. UNREAD MESSAGES BADGE Makes the unread chat badge on kanban cards more prominent so nothing falls through the cracks during busy sprints. IMPORT AND EXPORT RULES Export your full rule set to a JSON file and share it with the team. Each member can import it in one click, choosing to replace their current rules or append to existing ones. Ideal for rolling out a standard visual configuration across large teams. HOW IT WORKS The extension injects directly into the Bitrix24 kanban page and processes cards as they load. Rules are stored locally in your browser and are never sent to any external server.
