Description
Highlights Zendesk tickets from designated organizations (Harri, McDonald's) with a red border in the Agents Workspace. Red Tickets is a Chrome extension for Zendesk Agent Workspace that automatically highlights tickets from priority organizations with a red left border in Zendesk ticket views. When a ticket belongs to a designated organization, support agents instantly see a red visual cue on the ticket row without needing to open the ticket. The target organizations are fully configurable via the extension settings. Designed for Harri's support team to ensure priority client tickets are never missed.
