Gaze helps you stay focused by monitoring tab activity and providing real-time notifications when you switch tabs, visit blocked sites, or lose attention. Designed to support better digital habits, it gently nudges you back on track without being distracting. The extension is best when optionally paired with the local dashboard and eye-tracking program for enhanced attention awareness and focus insights.
