Capture any webpage and upload to Libertify with verified delivery. Multi-language support. Multi-capture mode. Libertify Autopilot — Transform Static Content into Interactive Experiences in Seconds Turn boring documents, complex webpages, and lengthy PDFs into engaging interactive experiences your audience will actually complete. Libertify uses AI to automatically create: ✓ Guided video walkthroughs with AI narration ✓ Side-by-side animated documents for easy navigation ✓ Embedded AI chatbot for instant Q&A ✓ Real-time analytics tracking engagement and completion What's New in 2.12.1 2.12.1 — Capture & analytics polish • Webpage capture now renders sites in their desktop layout instead of falling back to a tablet/mobile layout when the captured site is responsive. • Live Activity notifications now show the real project name instead of a Project xxxxxxxx placeholder. Existing notifications heal automatically the next time you open the popup. What's New in 2.12.0 ✓ Auto-link to your experience inside the email — When the Gmail intercept converts your attachment, a clickable line is automatically inserted into your email body before sending: "Visit the interactive experience of the following document here: document name". The link is placed above your Gmail signature and any quoted reply, so it sits at the end of your message — exactly where the reader will see it first. ✓ ON/OFF toggle for Gmail send-interception — A new switch in the popup's settings (Integrations card) lets you turn the Gmail intercept on or off at any time. ON by default. While OFF, Gmail sends your attachments untouched — no dialog, no conversion, no auto-link. Flip it back on instantly when you need it. ✓ "Send to Libertify" button now has a label — The button in Gmail's attachments toolbar (when reading an email) shows the text Send to Libertify next to the icon — no more guessing what the icon does. ✓ Per-email Workspace selector — The Gmail send-time dialog now includes a Workspace dropdown so you can route a single email's converted projects to a specific workspace without changing your default. ✓ Inline-reply intercept fix & broader format support — Paperclip-attached files in inline replies are now reliably caught, and the intercept accepts every format Libertify can convert (PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OpenDocument, Apple iWork, e-books, images, and more). Send Smart from Gmail Compose, reply, or forward an email with an attachment as you normally would — Libertify intercepts the send, asks if you'd like to convert your attachment into an interactive experience, and replaces (or supplements) it with a shareable Libertify link before delivering the email. The link to the generated experience is automatically dropped into your email body, just above your signature, so recipients see a beautiful, trackable link instead of struggling through another attachment. ✓ Works with PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OpenDocument, Apple iWork, e-books, images, and many more ✓ One-click "Convert & Send" right inside the Gmail compose, reply, and forward windows ✓ Auto-inserted experience link in the email body (placed before your signature) ✓ Per-email Workspace dropdown for one-off routing ✓ ON/OFF toggle in the popup — disable the intercept any time, no uninstall needed ✓ Supports any Gmail language (English, French, Spanish, German, and more) ✓ Resulting projects are auto-tagged with each recipient's name for downstream analytics ✓ Send without converting any time — you're always in control Real-Time Audience Notifications Know the moment your shared experience is opened. Libertify notifies you in real time when: ✓ A recipient starts viewing one of your shared experiences ✓ A view-count milestone is reached (e.g., 10, 50, 100 views) ✓ A new concurrent-viewers record is hit A Live Activity panel inside the extension keeps the latest 30 events at your fingertips, with one-click access to the full analytics dashboard for any project. Perfect For Insurance policies and contracts Employee onboarding materials Product documentation Training guides and SOPs Sales proposals and decks Legal documents and compliance materials How It Works Sign in to your Libertify account in the extension (Google SSO supported). Capture any webpage with one click, queue several pages into a single experience, or just hit Send in Gmail. Choose a workspace and (optionally) a saved Playbook for branding and voice.
