Onceover: AI Job Application Autofill & Form Filler

Description

AI autofill for job applications. Fills from your private profile, shows why for every field, and never presses Submit. Tell it once. Give it the once-over. Onceover is AI autofill for job applications. It fills application forms from your own private profile, shows you where every value came from, and then stops. You review. You press Submit. Onceover never does. If you apply to a lot of jobs, you know the drill: the same name, address, work history and "why do you want to work here" typed again and again. Onceover does the typing, and you keep the judgment. HOW IT WORKS Add your details once. Import a resume or paste text, or type them in. Onceover builds a private profile from facts you give it. Open any application form. Onceover offers to fill it. One click, or press Alt+Shift+F. Review. A side panel lists every field with a badge: green (confident), amber (check this), red (needs you). Click any row to see what the page asked, which profile fact was used, and why. Fix, then submit. Edit anything. Then you press the site's own Submit button. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT You see the reasoning. Every filled value shows its source and a confidence level, in one plain sentence. It never guesses. If a field is unclear, Onceover leaves it empty and asks, instead of putting in something wrong. It never submits. Onceover does not click, disable or restyle a site's Submit button. A small guard banner warns you if you are about to submit with red or amber fields. It stays out of sensitive fields. It never fills passwords, one-time codes, payment details or captchas. Demographic questions (gender, ethnicity, disability, veteran status) are never filled automatically. You choose each time, and "Prefer not to say" is one click. It learns only from corrections you make. Fix a field once and Onceover remembers it for that site. FEATURES One-click fill for job applications and other long forms, including dropdowns, custom selects, dates and phone formats Confidence badges on the page and a review side panel with sources Field detail view: what the page called the field, what it means, other possible matches, and "report a wrong match" Long-answer composer: drafts answers such as "Why do you want to work here?" from your own facts and the job description on the page. Missing facts become [placeholders] you fill in. Insert stays off until they are done. Answer library: save the answers you like and reuse them in your own style Tracker: a private list of the applications you chose to track, with statuses you set, CSV export and an "Hours saved" total (fields filled x a per-field baseline, method shown) Optional shareable Hours Saved badge Local mode and Assisted mode (see below) Works in Chrome and other Chromium browsers. Keyboard shortcut Alt+Shift+F. PRIVACY FIRST Your profile lives in your browser, encrypted. It is local-first. Local mode: nothing leaves your browser. Use it for sensitive portals. Assisted mode (optional, needs a free account): long answers are drafted by a hosted model. Each request carries only what that one form needs, and nothing is kept after the answer comes back. Optional sync is encrypted on your device before it is uploaded. The server cannot read it. No field values or page text go into analytics, and usage counts can be turned off. Export everything as JSON or delete everything from the Data & privacy page. Minimal permissions. Onceover cannot see your tabs, history or network traffic. It runs on a site only when you click it there. WHO IT'S FOR Job seekers sending 10 or 20 applications a week, career switchers who keep rewriting the same story, and anyone who fills in long forms and wants help without handing over control.
