Description
Replace the new tab with a calm, customizable developer dashboard. Wisdom New Tab replaces Chrome's new tab page with one customizable developer dashboard. It provides browser-selected web search, user-managed site shortcuts, and one switchable widget area for GitHub trends, Hacker News, or a local focus timer. Appearance, shortcuts, and timer state are stored locally. The search field uses Chrome Search API exclusively. Every submitted query is handled by the search engine already selected by the user in Chrome. The extension never changes the default search provider, omnibox, home page, or startup pages. It contains no analytics, ads, tracking, or remote code.
