Adds a download button to images and videos opened in Telegram Web's media viewer. Adds a one-click download button to Telegram Web's fullscreen media viewer, the photo or video you're already looking at gets saved straight to your computer, no re-uploading to a bot or third-party site. How it works: Telegram Web already loads the full-size media into the page when you open the viewer.
