Auto-fills PHC payer portal forms from the SHS RCM module SHS TAR Agent is an internal tool for Safer Health Solutions staff. When a biller clicks "Submit to MCP" on a Treatment Authorization Request (TAR) in the SHS RCM app, this extension receives that TAR's data and pre-fills the matching fields on the Partnership HealthPlan (PHC) provider portal (Member Search and TAR Entry pages), so staff don't have to re-key member and service details by hand. The user reviews and submits in the portal; the extension never submits on its own. The extension only runs on the SHS RCM app and the PHC provider portal. It does not run on other websites, does not collect analytics, and does not send data to any third party.
