Add candidates to specific positions in JazzHR using Pacifica Extension. The "Pacifica Extension" aims to enable Pacifica Continental employees to add specific candidates to positions in JazzHR recruitment platform, using an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The extension is designed to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process by allowing recruiters to add candidates directly from LinkedIn profiles to specific jobs in JazzHR. Key Features: Field Pre-population: The extension automatically pre-populates fields such as the candidate's LinkedIn profile link when visiting a LinkedIn profile in the browser, facilitating the capture of relevant information. Job Selection: Users can choose the client and filter available jobs in JazzHR for that specific client. This helps recruiters focus on positions relevant to each client. Duplicate Validation: Before adding a candidate, the extension verifies if a candidate with the same first name and last name already exists in the selected job in JazzHR. If a duplicate candidate is found, an warning message is displayed to prevent record duplication. CV Attachment: Users have the option to directly attach the candidate's CV from their local device to provide additional relevant information. Adding Comments: After adding the candidate, the extension allows users to include additional comments about the candidate in JazzHR to maintain a record of their observations. Overall, the "Pacifica Extension" extension provides a straightforward and efficient way to improve the way recruiters add candidates to our Recruitement CRM, called JazzHR.
