Manage installed Chrome extensions with temporary auto-disable timers. Need an extension for a quick task, then want it turned off automatically? Extension Manager lets you view, search, enable, and disable your installed Chrome extensions. Set a timer for 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes, and Chrome will disable the selected extension when the timer ends. Features • View installed Chrome extensions in one place • Search extensions by name • Enable or disable extensions with one click • Set automatic shutoff timers for 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes • See active countdowns in the popup • Turn an extension off before its timer ends • Open an extension’s options page or homepage • Open its Chrome Web Store page when available • Uninstall extensions through Chrome’s confirmation dialog • Switch between list and grid views • Use Alt+Shift+M on Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS, or Option+Shift+M on macOS, to open the manager Privacy Extension Manager stores timer and display settings locally in Chrome. It does not collect analytics, send extension data to a server, display ads, or use external tracking. Permissions The management permission lets the extension display and enable or disable installed extensions. The alarms permission schedules automatic shutoff timers. The storage permission saves local timer and view settings. The notifications permission reports when a timer finishes.
