Longevity new-tab dashboard: health reminders, habits, hydration, focus timer and analytics. Private and offline-first. Longevity Protocol replaces the new tab with a private longevity dashboard. Track water, habits, sleep, movement, fasting and focus, get health reminders, read research in a Knowledge Center, and see a daily score. Logs stay on your machine - I don't collect any data. Dashboard: - Customizable widget grid: hydration, habits, longevity score, focus timer, sleep, fasting, movement, weather, RSS, notes, tasks, calendar, reading list, insights, supplements, quotes, quick actions - Drag, resize, hide and reorder widgets; reorder Dashboard / Knowledge / Analytics / Settings tabs - Themes, accent color, wallpaper, compact and high-contrast modes - Toolbar popup for water, habits, score and start-focus without opening a full tab - Optional shortcuts (off by default): Alt+W logs 250 ml, Alt+F starts focus Health: - Background reminders (water, stand, stretch, eyes, sleep, plus optional walk, meditation, meals, supplements, sunlight, and custom) - Daily longevity score 0–100 from what you actually log, with history in Analytics - Focus presets (25/5, 50/10, 90/20) and optional site blocking during work phases only Compatibility: - Offline-first: IndexedDB on your computer; Chrome sync only for settings and layout - Export/import JSON, CSV and a simple PDF report; demo data can be restored - UI in 10 languages (English, Polski, Español, Deutsch, Français, Português, Italiano, Русский, 中文, 日本語) Knowledge: - RSS/Atom feeds for longevity, nutrition, research and news; add your own - Right-click to save a page, link or selection to the reading list - Optional AI summaries (Chrome built-in Gemini Nano, OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or a local LLM). Permissions are only for reminders, notifications, local storage, idle/screen-time, saving pages, optional blocking, and fetching feeds, weather or an AI API you configured. The extension does not inject ads or replace search.
