Description
Use Google Calendar Template to create event presets and add default notifications with reusable event templates to Google Calendar. 📅 Google calendar template fills an event before you type a word. Choose the length, the alerts and the destination once. After that a google calendar template does the rest in one click. 🚀 Your first google calendar template takes a minute 1. Click an empty slot in the week grid 2. Press the Choose template button in the popup 3. Pick a preset and the full editor opens 4. Every switched on field is filled for you 5. Read the short report at the bottom and save 🕒 Give every kind of meeting its own length ▸ 15 minutes for a check in ▸ 30 minutes for a daily standup ▸ 60 minutes for a client review ▸ 90 minutes for a long workshop Templates end the tug of war over google calendar default event duration 30 minutes. One template holds 30. Another holds 90. A third holds 15. The google calendar default meeting length is no longer a single number for everything you book, because each template carries the one it needs. 🔔 Alerts that fit the event, not an old habit 1️⃣ Every preset holds a google calendar default notification of its own 2️⃣ One click can change default reminder time google calendar keeps reusing 3️⃣ Turn on google calendar multiple reminders and add a popup plus email 4️⃣ Leave the block empty and the entry arrives completely silent 🗂 A google calendar template also knows where the entry belongs. Work, personal and shared schedules can each get their own template. A client call lands in one place. A dentist visit lands in another. Nothing is dragged by hand afterwards, and nothing shows up on a grid that other people watch. Pick the destination once and the entry stops landing in the wrong place. 📹 The meeting room is attached before you finish 🔹 Let google calendar add google meet by default to every call 🔹 Or make zoom default meeting in google calendar with one switch 🔹 The link is in place before the invite ever goes out 🔹 No copy and paste, no tab switching, no missing link 🔁 Repeating entries are built once and then left alone ◆ A preset can set google calendar recurring events of any shape ◆ Daily or weekly or monthly or yearly or weekdays only ◆ Nobody looks up how to add recurring events to google calendar twice ◆ The birthday preset carries google calendar birthday reminders every single year 🎂 One birthday preset covers the whole year ➤ Yearly repeat ➤ Two alerts ➤ Soft colour ➤ All day 💼 What else a preset fills for you • The title, replaced or appended or left alone • The location and the whole description text • The guest list and the rights each guest gets • The colour, the busy flag and the visibility ⚙️ Every field has its own switch. Turn one on and the template fills it. Leave it off and the preset does not touch what you typed by hand. One preset can set nothing but the alerts. Another can fill the whole form from the top down. The alert block is the single exception: leave it off and the entry arrives silent, which is exactly what a focus hour needs. Nothing else in the form is touched, so a half filled entry stays exactly as you left it. 🔎 People look for this in odd ways. Some type calendar template google. Others hunt for a google event calendar template. A few write google calender template with the spare e. Same button every time. 🔒 What this extension never does - No account, no sign up - No server calls at all - No reading of your events - No ads on your screen ❔ Questions people ask ❓ How do I create a google calendar template? 💡 Open the options page, press New template, switch on the fields you want, then save. ❓ Where do I create google calendar template presets for a second account? 💡 On the same page. Each preset stores its own destination, so pick it before saving. ❓ Can I reorder my google calendar templates? 💡 Drag them. The one you fire daily belongs at the top of the list. ❓ What happens to a field I leave switched off? 💡 Nothing. The preset skips it, so whatever you typed by hand survives untouched. ❓ How many presets can I keep? 💡 As many as the sync storage holds. Most people settle on four or five. ❓ Does a preset work on a schedule someone shared with me? 💡 It does, as long as you have write access there. ❓ Do you read my events? 💡 No. The extension never talks to a server. Everything stays inside the browser. 🎉 Install once and stop rebuilding the same event. Templates follow your Chrome profile, so a second machine picks up the same list. Drag them into the order you actually work in. Your first google calendar template takes a minute. The tenth takes ten seconds.
